OUR OWN 2ND EXPERIMENT GINGER :)

This week we going to change the the original recipe from the short crust pastry change it into pizza dough. So far because of using the same ingredient for the filling(because that is the main idea) we are going to change the way putting it. For pie it's easy we just put in the filling inside, but for the pizza the filling need to transform it into topping of the pizza :)

Lets get into the process making the pizza :)

The ingredient :-
For the pizza dough

Ohhh almost for the dough is separate into 2 part 30 minute rest and 1 week rest

1kg strong white bread flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 tbs caster sugar
14 g of dried yeast
4 tbs of extra virgin olive oil
650 ml water
For 1 part of the dough is divide by 2...

Before start making the dough make sure your hand is clean and no long finger nails :)

Method :
1. Sift the flour and salt into a bowl and stir in the yeast. Make a well in the center and gradually add the water and oil to form a soft dough.
2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minute until smooth and elastic.

3. Place in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with a towel. Leave to rise in warm place for 30 minute.

 4. Knock the pizza dough with your fist a few time, shape and roll out thinly floured board. Place on a lightly floured baking sheet and lift the edge to make a little rim. Place another baking sheet into the preheated oven to heat up.

For the topping :-

The ingredient
1 tbsp olive oil
1leek sliced
175g piece of bacon
225 cooked boneless chicken
1 avocados chopped
1 tbsp of lemon juice
2 tbsp of chopped ginger
salt and black paper
1 large egg beaten
150 ml natural yogurt
2 tbsp chicken stock

5. The only mixture that need to combine to make the pizza base is the chopped avocados, 1 egg, yogurt, and  chicken stock. After that spread the mixture on top of the pizza and lastly the other ingredient that is not inside the mixture.
6. Finally bake preheat 240 c and bake it for 15-20 minute

The conclusion is made we find that the dough is to thick but for the topping is incredible tasty :)
Until next week...for more experiment....
